Blues rock guitarist and songwriter Jack J Hutchinson has announced the first leg of his 2025 UK Tour dates. Described by Planet Rock as having “gritty riffs and blazing solos”, Guitarist Magazine have called Hutchinson “a name to watch out for”.
The 15 date run includes a number of co-headline shows with fellow blues rock heavyweights Matt Pearce and the Mutiny. Hutchinson and his band will also grace the stages of various high profile festivals, including Maid of Stone, HRH Blues, the Blues Rhythm and Rock festival, Buxton Blues and SOS Festival.
The tour comes on the back of Hutchinson’s most successful year to date, which saw him play over 50 shows across Europe in support of his latest album ‘Battles’, which landed in the Official Independent Chart Top 20 on release. He was also named ‘Lord of the Blues’ at the HRH Awards, with two of his singles (‘Constellations’ and ‘Bullets’) being playlisted by Planet Rock and another (‘Days Are Gone’) receiving airplay on BBC Radio 2.
Hutchinson will return to Europe in June 2025 for a week of shows in Greece as part of the Lindos Rocks festival. Further dates across Europe will be announced shortly.
