We are pleased to announce Jack J Hutchinson has been selected by the Blues Magazine in their ‘Ones to watch in 2015’ feature.

Issue 18 features an interview with Hutchinson, plus a special remix of his self-penned track Hey Hey Hey by bassist and producer Rick Baxendale on the cover CD.

The Blues Magazine said: “With a voice imbued with a sandpaper grit, Jack J Hutchinson was born to sing soul and blues. Hey Hey Hey from his debut EP Get It Back, is a heartfelt ballad that aligns him and his crack band – bassist/producer Rick Baxendale and Jim Brazendale on drums – with the Faces and The Rolling Stones.”

In the feature interview Hutchinson discusses his northern roots, the current upsurge in interest in the blues and dealing with stage invaders.
